It has been a while since I’ve posted anything so I thought I’d post some life drawings from a new session I’ve been going to. I’ve started using charcoal and it is a nice break from graphite.
Decided to post a few watercolors I’ve done recently, don’t want to keep this exclusively digital stuff. The plant with the snow was done at my parents place, the other at Stone Mountain Park.
I think this is finally ready to bake, mainly because it is becoming so top-heavy and I am hoping that a bake will give me something more sturdy to work with. Not happy with the lower legs and feet yet.
Sometimes at work I’ll try to get in a speedpainting during lunch. They have a program called Photostudio which is probably similar to Photoshop elements. Here is one from today.
I’ve decided to start posting some of my figure drawings. These are from the Saturday morning figure drawing sessions I’ve been going to. These are 20 to 30 minute poses.
